Government, commercial and residential interior design in the UAE

Alongside healthcare, Levantine designs and fits out government service centres, commercial offices and private residences in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The same discipline we apply to clinics carries over: a clear brief, layouts that work for the people using them every day, and drawings that the authorities and contractors can approve and build without surprises.

Government service centres

Government service centres such as Amer Happiness Lounge, the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship and Tawjeeh centres handle high volumes of visitors for residency, visa, Emirates ID and labour services. Our designs focus on what makes these centres work:

• A clear customer journey from reception and queuing to service counters and cashier
• Waiting areas sized for peak hours, with comfortable seating and good wayfinding
• Back-office and staff areas separated from public zones
• A finish that reflects the client's brand and the standards expected of a government service

Commercial and corporate spaces

For commercial clients such as Bureau Veritas we plan offices and customer-facing spaces around how the team actually works: reception, meeting rooms, open-plan and private offices, storage and support areas, delivered within the budget and timeline agreed at the start.

Residential villas and majlis

For private villas and majlis spaces in the UAE and Saudi Arabia we combine traditional amenities with a modern finish, covering the layout, interior design, furniture, lighting and decor so the space is consistent from the entrance to the last detail.

What we deliver

• Turnkey interior design, from concept to handover
• Space planning and concept design
• Design and build, with project management of the fit-out
• Furniture design, lighting and decor selection
• Coordination of approvals with the relevant authorities and the building management
